Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of AI Vitamin. By using the site, creating an account or submitting material if those features are available, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 to browse the site. Accounts, submissions, listing claims and other business interactions are intended for people who are at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live and legally able to enter this agreement.

What AI Vitamin provides

AI Vitamin is a directory for discovering third-party AI tools, companies, Agent Skills and job openings. We may organize, categorize, summarize, compare, date-stamp and link to information from official sites, repositories, feeds, partners, public sources and user submissions.

Where the supporting services are configured, AI Vitamin provides account-gated product submission, editorial review and product-report workflows. We may add or change claims, analytics, advertising and other features as the service develops. Their availability, terms and controls may change accordingly.

Directory information is not a guarantee

A listing, badge, review, rank, source link, claim or editorial selection is not an endorsement, certification, legal clearance, security guarantee or promise that a tool is appropriate for you. Facts can change, be incomplete or be based on a source that later changes. Check the provider's official information before buying, installing, deploying, relying on or applying to anything.

“Facts checked” means we reviewed a particular fact against a source at a point in time; it does not guarantee every statement or future condition. “Claimed” means a representative completed the applicable confirmation process; it does not independently prove every statement on the page. An editorial selection is not a commercial entitlement.

Job listings

AI Vitamin is not the employer, recruiter or employment agency for third-party jobs unless a listing expressly says otherwise. We do not promise that a role remains open, that its description is complete, that an applicant is qualified, or that an employer will respond. The official employer page controls if there is a conflict.

Apply through the linked official channel and independently verify the employer, compensation, location, eligibility and deadlines. Never pay to apply, send money, disclose banking credentials or provide unnecessary identity documents based only on a directory listing. We do not accept résumés through ordinary listing or contact channels.

Agent Skills, code and technical material

Agent Skills and repositories can contain executable code, instructions, dependencies and permissions that access files, accounts, networks or other resources. Source, version, compatibility or scan labels are informational snapshots, not a security guarantee.

Review the source, license, requested permissions and current version in an isolated environment before installing or running anything. You assume the risks of third-party code, model output, data loss, service interruption and unintended actions.

Third-party sites and transactions

Tools, repositories, employers, payment services and other linked sites are independent from AI Vitamin. Their terms, privacy policies, prices, licenses, availability and practices govern your relationship with them. We are not a party to your purchase, subscription, installation, employment application or other transaction with a third party, and are not responsible for their acts, content or services.

Names, logos, screenshots and source material

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, screenshots and product materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies or describes a listed product and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by the owner.

We may use factual information and eligible materials from official public sources, media kits, licenses, permissions or submissions. Public availability alone does not transfer ownership. If you believe a page or asset infringes your rights or is inaccurate, use the correction and notice process below. We may replace, crop, cache, link, hide or remove material while reviewing a credible request.

Submissions, reports and listings

When a submission or report form is available, you retain ownership of what you submit. You give AI Vitamin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, crop, resize, cache, display, distribute and promote submitted material only to operate, improve and publicize the directory and its listings. This license continues for published copies, backups and reasonable archival records, but you may ask us to remove public material.

You confirm that your submission or report is accurate to the best of your knowledge, not confidential, and that you have the rights and authority needed for us to use it. You must disclose material relationships, sponsored interests and relevant restrictions. Do not submit personal data, trade secrets, malware, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.

We may edit for clarity and format, request evidence, reject, merge, label, rank, correct, suspend or remove a submission or listing. We may dismiss incomplete, bad-faith or unsupported reports. A submission or report does not guarantee publication, placement, a particular moderation outcome, continued availability or a response.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law, violate rights, impersonate others or misrepresent an affiliation;
• submit fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, deceptive listings or manipulated engagement;
• upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls or disrupt the service;
• scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service, evades controls or violates law or third-party rights;
• use directory data to spam, harass, profile sensitive traits or make unlawful high-impact decisions; or
• copy, resell or repackage a substantial part of the directory or remove attribution and rights notices.

Reasonable search-engine indexing and ordinary linking are allowed unless restricted by technical controls.

Sponsored, affiliate and advertising content

AI Vitamin may later offer clearly labeled sponsored placements, use affiliate links or display third-party advertising. A commercial relationship does not make a listing factually verified and does not purchase an undisclosed organic ranking advantage. If an affiliate link results in compensation, the price you pay should not change solely because of that relationship. Advertising providers may have separate terms and privacy controls.

Corrections and intellectual-property notices

Send notices to contact@aivitamin.org. Include:

• your name, contact details and authority to act;
• the exact AI Vitamin URL and material at issue;
• for an IP claim, the protected work or right and where the disputed material appears;
• a clear explanation, supporting links or documents, and the correction or action requested; and
• a good-faith statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We may request more information, forward a notice to a relevant submitter or provider, preserve records, temporarily hide material, or decline incomplete or abusive requests. This process does not waive any rights or remedies available under law.

Availability, moderation and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features; correct records; impose reasonable limits; or restrict accounts and content to protect the service, users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including licenses for retained copies, ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—will survive.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and all directory information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, security, uninterrupted access, results, or that a tool, Skill or job is safe, lawful, available or suitable for you.

Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, employment or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Vitamin and its operators, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, third-party conduct or decisions made from directory information. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Law, changes and contact

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service and your use of it, without removing mandatory rights you have where you live. Any dispute must be brought before a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version, and we will give additional notice of material changes when required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. For questions, email contact@aivitamin.org.
