How AI Vitamin handles information from directory browsing, accounts, product submissions, reports and public-source research.
Account, submission and report data are used for controlled editorial review, not public comments.
GA and AdSense are not deployed. If enabled, the notice and consent controls change first.
Listings can display selected public-source names, logos and screenshots, with a clear correction and IP route.
AI Vitamin ("we," "us" or "our") is an AI tools, Agent Skills and jobs discovery directory. This notice applies when you browse the site, contact us, create an account, submit a product, report a listing, make a claim, or use an advertising feature that we make available.
You can contact us about privacy at contact@aivitamin.org. Third-party products, repositories, employers and websites linked from AI Vitamin have their own privacy practices; this notice does not control them.
AI Vitamin includes account-gated product-submission, listing-review and product-report workflows. They operate only on a deployment where the supporting services are securely configured. If a form tells you that the service is not configured, it will not accept your submission or upload your files; please use the listed contact route instead.
Where these workflows are enabled, Supabase provides account authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2 stores submitted image assets privately, and Vercel hosts the application. Staff review decisions and material listing changes are recorded in an internal audit trail. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are not active in this build. We may use Google Search Console to see aggregate search-performance reports; it does not itself require a visitor-tracking script on this site.
Our hosting, network and security providers may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested page or URL, referring page, timestamps, diagnostics and security events. Search words can appear in a page URL and therefore in browser history or ordinary server and security logs. Please do not search for sensitive personal information.
When account features are enabled, Supabase processes your email address, account identifier, authentication and session records, and an optional display name if you supply one. We use that information to provide access and prevent abuse; we do not make account email addresses public.
When you submit a product, we collect the product and company details, descriptions, links, contact information, relationship disclosures, rights confirmation and any logo, preview image or screenshots you choose to upload. When you report a listing, we collect the listing identifier, report reason, explanatory text and your account identifier. Reports are for staff review and are not published as public comments.
If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, subject, message, attachments and related email headers. Our address uses Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards inbound email to our destination mailbox provider.
We may collect and organize product, company, job and Skill facts from official websites, repositories, feeds, media kits and other public sources. This can include professional information about people when relevant to a listing. We aim not to publish private contact information.
We use information to operate and secure the directory; research, verify, organize and improve listings; respond to questions, corrections and intellectual-property notices; prevent fraud, spam and abuse; comply with law; and maintain necessary records.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a useful, accurate and secure directory, on your consent where it is required, on performance of a contract if a service feature requires it, and on legal obligations. We will not use private submissions or correspondence to train AI models unless we first give separate notice and have an appropriate legal basis.
Optional tracking is not active today. The current site code does not deploy Google Analytics or Google AdSense. If we enable Google Analytics, Google may receive cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, page URL, approximate location, browser and device information, and interaction data to provide measurement. We will not intentionally send names, email addresses or directly identifying form values to Analytics.
Consent comes before optional tracking where required. Before enabling optional analytics or ads in a jurisdiction that requires consent, we will show the relevant choices and prevent the related technology from loading until the required choice is made. You can learn how Google uses information from partner sites at Google's partner-sites notice.
Future advertising. If we enable AdSense or another advertising partner, we will identify the vendors, update this notice, disclose any cookies and personalized advertising, and provide the controls required for your location. You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Public listings can include facts, links, names, trademarks, logos and screenshots associated with an AI product, Skill, employer or company. If a listing is published, it may be indexed, cached, quoted or shared by others. Do not send us confidential information or personal data that should not be public.
We link to official third-party sites and may display remotely hosted third-party media. Visiting those links or loading that media can disclose ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to the relevant third party. We use an intellectual-property notice process for credible copyright, trademark and accuracy requests.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this notice, taking account of the record type, editorial and security needs, dispute history, backups and legal requirements. We may retain a submission, report and corresponding audit record after a listing is unpublished in order to investigate misuse, meet legal duties or maintain an accurate editorial record. Email may remain in the destination mailbox and backup systems until it is deleted under our retention process.
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use appropriate contractual or other recognized measures. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can be completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to a data-protection authority with jurisdiction over you.
Email contact@aivitamin.org with the page, listing or message involved. We may need to verify your identity, request proof from an authorized agent, and retain records that we must keep for law, security, rights disputes or other legitimate purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
AI Vitamin is a general-audience, business-oriented directory and is not directed to children under 13. Accounts, submissions and other business interactions are intended for people who are at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this notice as the service, providers or law changes. We will post a new effective date and give additional notice for material changes when required.
